Unfortunately, life happens. A choice you made might not yield the results you hoped for, or something totally beyond your control interfered with the most thoughtfully designed strategy. Being resilient and knowing how to bounce back is a skill that requires both know-how and attitude.
But how do you DO it? How do you “bounce back” when your heart is heavy and your head is filled with thoughts of failure, thoughts of giving up. Knowing and doing are very different things.
